Ingredients :
5 kg turkey
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Lea & Perrins tablespoon Sauce2
Mustard 15 grams
Rosemary to taste
Onion , cut fruit kasar1
Carrots , cut into rough 1 piece
Celery , 3 stalks rough cut
Water 100 ml
Flour 15 grams cornstarch

How to cook :
